Happy Hump Day everyone! Hope this week has gone the way you wanted it to be so far, if not, better!

Today, we have an interview with Chloe @ItsChloe_Official. Chloe is a 22 year old artist, poet, and model from Canada.

Chloe graced our presence after seeing how bold, courageous, and brave she is when she’s in front of the camera. At first glance, we would describe her as that “fearless and badass bombshell,” but after reaching out to her and chatting with her, she is more than what she portrays in social media. She is a talented artist who loves to do realistic portraits and a writer. Who wouldn’t want to be with someone like her? Beautiful, smart, creative, and talented? She is definitely the epitome of an unabashed woman who won’t let anyone get in her way.

That said, Chloe has been an IG friend of ours since we first contacted each other. She is the sweetest girl you could possibly meet as she cares about those that surround her.

In this interview with Chloe she shares about the rough journey she struggled to go through during her teenage years, the negativity she has received from those closest to her due to the content she posts online, and now happily living with the man of her life, her fiancé.

P.S. Chloe is currently recovering from her breast augmentation which is mentioned at the end of this interview. Please do send your regards and wishes to her for a smooth recovery! We would greatly appreciate it! :)

Interview with the daring and talented model from Canada @Itschloe_official

LECHERY: First of all, thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to interview you! It is such a pleasure to have you here with us (virtually) of course haha! Let’s first start off by telling us a little bit more about yourself. What do you do?

CHLOE: My name is Chloe and I'm 22 years old. I'm an artist in the soul, I love to draw and paint. I'm very talented in realistic portraits. I used to write a lot of poems too. It's been pretty rough in my teenage years but now I live happily with my fiancé. I currently work in a reputable restaurant as a hostess.

LECHERY: We see that you're into hosiery and lingerie, what got you into posting hosiery and lingerie? Tell us more about it.

CHLOE: I've been ashamed for a long time and I felt like I needed to express myself, to regain possession of my body after all that suffering. I've been proposed to model for artistic nudes and boudoir pictures and I felt like it was the way to get better. The way to show the world and myself  that my body wasn't only a sexual object, but a work of art. That women were beautiful and needed to be seen differently. A body can express so much: love, pain, sorrow, passion.

To model naked and in lingerie really helped me feel myself again, helped me feel beautiful again. It helped me get my freedom back and feel less and less ashamed.

LECHERY: What does lingerie mean to you? Does it give you confidence? Or is it just something you wear to give an added extra sex appeal? How do you feel when wearing lingerie?

CHLOE: When I wear lingerie, I feel sexy and beautiful. I just think women are so beautiful, they should be able to show themselves in lingerie without it being sexual. With what I went through, it gives me a lot of confidence because it makes me appreciate my body and who I am. I think every woman should fall in love with themselves and make themselves pretty and sexy for their own satisfaction. I don't wear lingerie only for my fiancé but also because I really love to look at myself wearing them!

LECHERY: What is the perfect pair of hosiery for you?

CHLOE: There is no perfect pair for me, I just go with what I like. I like a lot of different styles so I don't have any preferences. I fell in love with a bunch of different lingerie sets!

LECHERY: As wearing hosiery and lingerie can be seen by the wider-community to be vulgar, how do you react to the negativity?

CHLOE: It's pretty funny because the people that criticize the most are the people that are the closest to me. My mom was the first person that denigrated me for posting photos of me on Instagram in lingerie, even if they were professional photos with photographers. She kept telling me that no guy in the world would fall in love with me just because I showed more of myself.

"You're an easy girl, guys don't like that, they just use them and leave them. You'll be alone the rest of your life! You like showing your ass to the whole world?".

She never asked me why I did it, what were my intentions. It was really harsh because as I said previously, when I started to model naked and in lingerie, I had no confidence and I was in pain. I just wanted to express myself and feel sexy, and she kept making me feel like I was a whore. I even closed my page and restarted just a few months ago since I moved out. Now the funny thing is that the man of my life is encouraging me in this and also takes photos of me for my page!

LECHERY: We live in a very double standard society, when a man is topless, it is normalized and accepted, but for a woman, she’s hypersexualized and stigmatized. As women, how do you think we should combat this?

CHLOE: I think all women should rely on each other. I wish more of us would express themselves and I think this website is a good opportunity for that. I think it's a really good idea to have a website to get women to unite and talk about themselves, their experiences and visions. When others got your back, you feel a lot more powerful and I think the only way to stop this discrimination is to all get each others back and tell our stories. We are so much more than those sexist and sexualizing comments and we shouldn't let those get to us. We shouldn't be scared to tell our stories and experiences no matter what.

LECHERY: What do you hope to find in the hosiery and lingerie industry in the future?

CHLOE: I honestly don't know what I would hope to find in the future in this industry. I would say quality at more affordable prices! I love lingerie but I don't buy a lot because it's always very expensive.

LECHERY: What is one thing you would always wear that would make you feel much more confident and sexy? What is your advice to other women who struggle with confidence and body-image?

CHLOE: I'm having a breast augmentation soon but for now I'd say push-up bras because my boobs are very small and it makes them look bigger.

And for those who struggle, I'd say you have to fall in love with yourself before anybody else. You're going to live a whole life with your body so you have to find this confidence in you. Make plans, set yourself some goals and work hard to reach them. To love yourself is not an easy task and the road can be pretty long but if you know what you want, you can always get there. Be determined and also take care of yourself.

I was really depressed for many years but when I started to have better nutrition and when I started to train, I felt so much better. When I train, I feel at peace because all my problems disappear in my mind. It's like meditating for me, I stop thinking about all the things that give me stress and all the burdens of life and I just give everything that I have. When I'm frustrated, I use it to lift more weight. After every training, I feel better and I feel proud of myself. Sports are really good for your confidence and your mind. For a healthy mind, you have to stay in action!

LECHERY: Describe lingerie to you in three words:

CHLOE: Stunning, powerful and elegant.

LECHERY: It is a really tough time in today's world with the whole COVID-19 pandemic going on, what have you been doing to keep yourself busy and healthy?

CHLOE: I've been training a lot, I've constructed a gym at my place with my fiancé since we couldn't go to our gym anymore. It was pretty fun because it made us do a bunch of new training and exercises. We had to be creative and it paid off. I've had some days that were more difficult since I stopped working and my fiancé was still going to work. Felt pretty alone and I'm sure I'm not the only one who went through this quarantine solitude. I also moved out from my parents and restarted my Instagram page. Let's say a lot of stuff happened!
