How to order​?

All orders may be placed on our website at any time on www.lecherybrand.com.

What size should I order?

We know the struggle when it comes to choosing the right size for hosiery, but we hope our size guide would help you with any doubts you are having.

If you are still unsure about the size, we recommend sizing up as our hosiery uses stretchy yarns that can mold to the shape of your body. 

Please note that:

Tights sizes are: S/M, M/L, L/XL

Our L/XL comes with a comfort band to better accommodate and give more flexibility and comfort to our plus-size ladies/men.

Stay Ups sizes are ONLY: S/M & L/XL

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed meticulously in New York and passionately made by our atelier in Italy. 

Is your company sustainable?

Our company is continuously looking for new ways to be more eco-friendly and sustainable. All products made by our manufacturer in Italy mainly use solar energy which is a renewable free source energy. In terms of water usage, we consume the most minimal possible by recycling in a circular circuit. 

The company that colors our products and main supplier of yarns have OEKO Tex certifications.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, our packaging is recyclable. In fact, you can see this on the signs on our packaging once you purchase from us! 

​What are your payment options?

Our payment processor is Amazon Pay. This means that the following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit cards currently accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB. 
  • Debit cards currently accepted include Visa and Mastercard.

Sales Tax​?

Sales tax varies from city to city and state to state depending on where you live. 

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting www.usps.com. Enter your tracking number in the search field (Please be advised: a tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery). Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to be updated on www.usps.com site from the time you receive your tracking information email from our team.  

Note for our International Customers: 

Some countries do not have tracking numbers when it comes to Priority Mail International such as the U.K. 

If you would like to have guaranteed tracking number, you must opt for the more expensive and expedited option which is Priority Mail Express International (3-5 Business days).

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days depending on availability and credit verification, excluding weekends and holidays. LECHERY is not responsible for delays due to global/local disruptions.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. In some cases, this processing time may be extended due to items that are out of stock. Please be aware that orders shipped to an address other than the verified billing address may require an extra processing time for security checks. At this time, we only ship within the United States and select international locations via the United States Postal Service. 

What are your shipping rates?

Since we only sell hosiery for now, we have a flat rate when it comes to shipping domestic.

Domestic shipping: 

$9.00

Free shipping for orders more than $50.

For international shipping: 

This is calculated at checkout. 

What is your returns policy?

At this moment, we do not accept returns due to hosiery being considered an "intimate item" and for hygienic reasons. All sales are final. Please be sure to choose the correct size and style before finalizing your order. 

What can I do with a faulty item? 

We hope this never happens and we apologize if you did receive a damaged item. In the event that you do, please contact us at info@lecherybrand.com within 48 hours of delivery so we may help you resolve this!

What do I do if I receive the wrong size?

If we have sent you the wrong size based on the stickers on each packaging and haven’t been worn, please contact us at info@lecherybrand.com.
