Returns

At this moment, we do not accept returns due to hosiery being considered an "intimate item" and for hygienic reasons. 

All sales are final. Please be sure to choose the correct size and style before finalizing your order. 

Exchanges

Unless we sent you a wrong size, (you will know from the sticker attached to the packaging) we would be more than happy to exchange your item.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds once items have been shipped to the destination with your tracking number. In the event that an item has been lost after it has been sent out, we are not responsible for the lost item.
